Purchases and Bookings."] Text[7]=["The Menestrels","I saw these talented Russian Musicians for the first time playing in the streets of Menton in August 2003 and took photos to offer them on a CD Rom.In appreciation they gave me a copy of their first CD, 4 excerpts from which I put on a page dedicated to them on my web site.
They are all students at the various Institutes of Music of Tambov, which is in the Province of Moscow and 400 Kms south of the capital city,
which would explain their musical accomplishments.
This year they are back in Menton with a guitarist as fifth member and a new costume, so it was agreed that I build them a web site of their own at menestrels.com and include short biographies of each member, new photos and information on the traditional folk instruments they play.
